Pada 24 Jun 2019, tepat jam 2.00 petang waktu Malaysia, Raspberry Pi Foundation telah melancarkan produk terbaru mereka iaitu Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Satu berita yang mengejut kerana kalau diikutkan khabar angin dan hasil temubual daripada wartawan, tahun depan adalah paling awal untuk mereka memperkenalkan produk baru. Banyak penambahbaikan telah dilakukan terhadap papan Raspberry Pi 4 ini berbanding versi sebelumnya Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus.
